1. The co-administrators of your personal data are ASB Poland Sp. z o.o. and ASB Tax Sp. z o.o. with registered office and address in Warsaw at. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as „Co-Administrators”).
2. Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and based on the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”):

4. Your personal data will be stored unless you object to ASB processing such data. In the event of such objection, your personal data will be archived for the time that the relevant law requires the storage of data or for the period of limitation for possible claims.
5. In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
   a) the right to access the data, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing, the right to object to data processing,
   b) the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations.
