performing specific tasks. Candidates are then employed
through ASB HR Services and delegated to work at
the client's premises.

The Try & hire option is combined with the real possibility
of direct employment with the client. First, there is a
period of verifying the skills and competences of
somebody employed through ASB HR Services and
checking the suitability of the position. During this time,
the employee and employer are able to assess whether
the nature of the work complies with the requirements of
both parties. Try & Hire solutions work well when
creating new jobs, as well as when the decisions to create
it have not yet been made.
